Seaholm Surgery Team

 

Jack graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1999. He then worked in Beaumont Hospital for a year. For the next four years Jack worked in the Paediatrics Department in Ayr Hospital in Scotland. Following that, Jack worked in Neonatology in Irvine Hospital, also in Scotland.

He worked in the Emergency Department in Kilmarnock for a year and continued in general medicine in the same hospital.

Shortly afterwards, Jack took up a position as a GP in Irvine and in Saltcoats, where he practised for two years, simultaneously practising Emergency Medicine once weekly.

He has been working with Sarah in the practice since January 2006. He enjoys Paediatrics and Mens Health and specialises in joint injections for Arthritis, and sport injuries. Jack is also the appointed Doctor for Hamilton Park Care Facility in North County Dublin. Jack is a trainer with Trinity College and also a teacher of undergraduates in the Royal College of Surgeons.

Special Interests: Joint injections, Paediatirics, Mens Health, GP Training, Sports injuries.

 

Dr Sarah Keane was born in Skerries. She is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons. She did her Surgical Exams in Dublin and then spent some time in Sudan working with Medicine Sans Frontiers . She completed her GP training in Cornwall .

Special interests: Womens Health, Travel Medicine, Contraception ( Mirena, Implanon insertion)
